Tarbert Keeping Well Group 60+
run by Alzheimer Scotland
The group meet weekly in the Templar Arts and Leisure Centre on a Thursday afternoon from 1.30 – 3.30pm.
The group is open to anyone over the age of 60. The aim is to promote physical health and mental wellbeing with physical exercise, looking at diet and nutrition, valuating everyday activity and enabling poeple to feel socially included.
